Humana
Humana Inc. is a U.S.-based healthcare company. During my nearly 10-year tenure at Humana, I contributed to a wide range of initiatives. I led the implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for the Wellness team, streamlining digital workflows, training cross-functional teams, and overseeing the migration of over 1,500 media assets. I also contributed to the website design for the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) website and managed websites for ACCFS, ACCLS, and New England Work and Family (Verizon Unions). In addition, I designed and distributed emails via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. I supported the rollout of project management tools, facilitated team training, and collaborated closely with developers, copywriters, and marketers to ensure consistent, accessible communication across both digital and print channels.
