Favorites Feature for Quick Access to Frequently Used Reports
Led the design of a Favorites feature for ActivTrak, a B2B SaaS platform for workforce analytics. Users had trouble relocating reports due to complex navigation and high volume. We introduced a pinning solution that saw 82% adoption within the first 5 days of Early Access.
At Humana Inc., I helped implement Adobe Experience Manager for the Wellness team by building a centralized system for managing digital assets. I created taxonomy, folder structures, and workflows, and led team onboarding and training. The new system reduced duplication, improved compliance, and made content easier to find and reuse.
